Em Dalal — Terms & Service Guidelines

Welcome to Em Dalal! We are happy to support your wellness journey. Please take a moment
to read the guidelines below to ensure clarity throughout your plan.

DELIVERY POLICY

● Meals are delivered daily based on the delivery window.
● Changes to delivery address or timing may be requested 48–72 hours in advance and
are subject to availability.
● Deliveries may be paused or rescheduled during official holidays depending on
logistics.
● Orders are delivered to the address provided upon sign-up.
● Delivery coverage applies to designated areas within the city (availability may vary).

PLAN & MENU MANAGEMENT

● Active clients can benefit from nutritional support including menu advice and plan
adjustments.
● Requests to modify meals or cancel menu items must be made at least 72 working
hours before preparation day.
● Your subscription may be placed on hold up to twice per month, for a maximum of 7
days each time.
● Please notify us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before
subscribing.
● To preserve freshness, we recommend refrigerating meals immediately after receiving
your bag.
● To prevent disruption in your deliveries, please renew your plan at least 3 days before
it ends.
● Weekly menu selections must be submitted before our cut-off time. In case selections
are not received on time, our team may curate meals for you based on your preferences.

PAYMENTS & FEES

● Prices displayed include applicable delivery fees and taxes (unless stated otherwise).
● Payments can be made through available online or card payment methods.
● All subscriptions are non-refundable
● Requests for freezing or cancellation must be submitted 72 working hours prior to
avoid meal preparation.
● For secure payment processing, transaction details are handled through trusted
third-party payment platforms.

ALLERGIES & FOOD SAFETY

● Em Dalal does not cater to severe or medically critical allergies.
● Meals are prepared in kitchens that may contain common allergens such as nuts,
sesame, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and seafood.
● By subscribing, you acknowledge responsibility for reviewing ingredients and
communicating any concerns before purchasing.

DISLIKES & INGREDIENT REMOVALS

● We allow the exclusion of certain ingredients based on preference, when possible.
● Exclusions apply to main raw ingredients only.
● Ingredients blended into fillings, sauces, or garnishes cannot be separated or removed
after preparation.
